She excelled as a branch operations manager from 2019 to 2022, where she was responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Her leadership skills were honed during her tenure as a Lead Bank Teller from 2016 to 2019, during which she managed teller operations, mentored junior staff and identified digital solutions for customers. She began her journey at Wells Fargo as a bank teller in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, from 2015 to 2016, quickly demonstrating her aptitude for customer service and operational efficiency.

Before entering the banking sector, Mrs. Kemp gained valuable management & sales experience with top volume and noted retail companies from 1990, the general manager of JDR Shoe Warehouse in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, from 2012 to 2014 was her last held position in that arena. Her efforts in inventory management and sales earned her multiple recognitions for outstanding selling performance and customer service.

Determined to expand her network and stay informed on the latest industry trends, Mrs. Kemp is actively involved in organizations such as the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries, the Free Trade Networking Group and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry. Her educational background includes coursework at DeVry University, which equipped her with foundational knowledge that has been pivotal throughout her diverse career.
