Previously, she was the vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate between 2014 and 2016, managing complex loan portfolios and guiding clients through the mortgage process.

In 2014, Ms. Lott worked as a senior loan officer at Gateway Funding, where she applied her expertise in loan origination and client relations. From 2013 to 2014, she was a mortgage loan officer with GMH Mortgage Services LLC, facilitating residential financing for a diverse clientele. Prior to this role, she served as a senior loan officer at Mortgage Master from 2012 until 2013, during which time she focused on personalized mortgage solutions.

Foundational roles in Ms. Lott's career include her time as a senior mortgage consultant at Capital One from 2011 to 2012 and as a senior mortgage development officer at Sovereign Bank from 2009 until 2010. She began her professional endeavors in this field as a senior loan officer at Bank of America between 2005 and 2009, establishing her skills in lending and client management.

Providing Ms. Lott with a strong foundation in business principles and marketing strategies was her academic background, inclusive of a Bachelor of Science in business management, marketing and related support services from Dowling College in 1987.
