From 2013 to 2016, she worked for the FDA Tobacco Coalition, which conducts retail inspections and undercover buys working with minors, aiming to keep retailers from selling to underage purchasers. Ms. Rospendowski began her professional journey with a six-year tenure as shift supervisor at West Coast Video. This early experience provided her with foundational skills in customer service and teamwork, setting the stage for her future roles.

Ms. Rospendowski's academic background includes coursework undertaken at The Pennsylvania State University and Utah Valley State University for aviation science, which contributed to her knowledge base and adaptability across professional environments. She was also taught to fly helicopters by a PSP Trooper out of Williamsport. Further enhancing her qualifications, she earned the Act 2 certification through the Pennsylvania Sheriff and Deputy Sheriff Education and Training Program, equipping her with specialized training essential for her current responsibilities.

Throughout her life, Ms. Rospendowski has credited influential mentors for their guidance and support.
