NEWINGTON, CT, October 15, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Deborah Jean Arsenault has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Currently serving as a senior litigation paralegal at DanaherLagnese, PC since 2006, Ms. Arsenault has carved a distinguished career in the legal realm. In her role at the defense firm, she drafts court documents, reports and summaries, reviews medical records and drafts chronologies, and manages case files. Widely recognized for her attention to detail and expertise in medical malpractice cases, she is often pivotal in uncovering information that leads to special defenses and aids in case resolution. Her unique perspective, gained from her extensive experience on the plaintiff's side of litigation, provides DanaherLagnese with key strategic advantages in its defense work.
Prior to joining DanaherLagnese, Ms. Arsenault dedicated nearly 25 years of service as a paralegal at Eisenberg, Anderson, Michalik & Lynch. During her tenure at this plaintiff's firm, she developed a comprehensive understanding of litigation processes and honed her skills in legal research, document preparation and case management. Her longstanding commitment to the firm underscored her reliability and enhanced her depth of knowledge in the legal profession.
Ms. Arsenault's achievements over the years stem in large part from her academic background, which includes an associate degree in legal sciences with honors from Middlesex Community College in 1982. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she further enhanced her qualifications by obtaining a paralegal certificate from the National Academy in 1991, where she was one of the few graduates later recruited to speak with prospective students about its program and the paralegal profession. She is especially proud of earning the Certificate of Scholarly Distinction for High Honors in every term during her studies at the National Academy — a testament to her dedication and educational excellence.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Arsenault completed the Analyzing Medical Records program through the Institute for Paralegal Education in 1998, deepening her expertise in medical cases. Reflecting on her storied journey thus far, she attributes much of her success to the steadfast support she receives from her husband and colleagues. Her passion for law was ignited at age 14 when she began assisting informally at her aunt Jean Stewart's law office — a formative influence that inspired her lifelong commitment to the legal field.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Arsenault spent many years engaged in community service as a volunteer with Animal Friends of Connecticut as well as Christmas in April, which repairs the homes of senior citizens in need. She has also participated in Race for the Cure events organized by the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Her longstanding dedication to excellence in all she does has seen her recognized with several honors, including induction into Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges.
Happily married for over 40 years, Ms. Arsenault enjoys a variety of personal interests such as crocheting, knitting, embroidering, reading and diamond painting. Committed to expanding her knowledge and skill set, she is currently enrolled in online courses for certified proofreading.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Arsenault aims to retire from DanaherLagnese on a high note and follow her entrepreneurial dream by establishing a proofreading business to assist authors, court reporters and others seeking expert review services. Her journey reflects her unwavering dedication to legal excellence, civic engagement and personal growth — qualities that have earned her recognition among leaders and colleagues in her field and throughout her community.
