During her tenure, she led nationwide recruiting and consulting services across law, health care, and technology, developing talent acquisition workflows, managing strategic client accounts and partnering with executives to deliver tailored workforce solutions, transformational coaching, and organizational development strategies.
Dr. Flores' earlier experience includes serving as a talent operations manager at Charm & Happy. There, she led full-cycle HR operations, implemented a culture-first framework to enhance team cohesion and retention, and developed training programs to improve staff performance. It was here that she honed her knack for relationship business practices as she navigated the nuanced needs of elite and celebrity customers. Dr. Flores was also the lead sales manager at Sprint, before her time at Charm & Happy. In that role, she managed and coached a high-performing sales team, drove significant revenue growth and developed early expertise in people strategy and performance management.
Among Dr. Flores' most notable achievements is the creation of the Dual Dynamics Hiring Model during her doctoral studies, a holistic framework that evaluates candidates by combining emotional intelligence with operational efficiency.
