Her responsibilities include providing tailored solutions for cash flow management and lending while ensuring that each client receives personalized attention. Alongside her role at U.S. Bank, she owns Radiance Aromas LLC where she formulates and handcrafts each aromatherapy product.
In addition to these positions, Ms. Garza has been working as a cacao ceremonialist and mana movements facilitator on a freelance basis since 2024. In these capacities, she guides individuals through spiritual and wellness practices designed to foster connection, healing and personal transformation. Her dedication to holistic well-being is further apparent in her ongoing work as a Reiki master and Shamanic Practitioner since 2021 and as an astrologer since 2022, endeavors that allow her to support clients' journeys toward greater self-awareness and balance. She has also been a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness since 2024 and studying for her Sports Nutrition Licensing complementing her approach to personal wellness.
Previously, Ms. Garza was a federal work-study alumni assistant at Maharishi International University in 2023 and a home equity line of credit loan processor at First Commerce Credit Union in 2022. Between 2013 and 2022, she served as a relationship manager at Bank of America, where she worked with both consumer and business clients inside the financial center. She assisted clients with personal accounts, business accounts, credit, mortgages and auto loans, always striving to maximize the benefits of their banking relationships.
Outside her career endeavors, Ms. Garza's creative pursuits are equally significant. She has been a poet since 2004 and an artist since 1995, using her talents to inspire others and express her experiences. Her poetry draws from real-life events, collective consciousness, and empowerment.
Providing Ms. Garza with a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and holistic health practices have been her academic achievements. Educationally, she earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and law enforcement administration from the University of Phoenix, followed by a Bachelor's in Finance from the same institution. In 2024 she completed a Master's in Consciousness & Human Potential and specialized in Physiology & Health at Maharishi International University, and she is currently pursuing a Master's in Aromatherapy & Ayurveda.
Throughout her career, Ms. Garza's professional excellence has been recognized through several awards, including the extraordinary performer in 2024 and top performer honors for the fourth quarter of 2024, as well as numerous top performer awards and Exceeding expectations for her outstanding contributions during her tenure at Bank of America.
She is an active member of the Pella Area Community & Economic Alliance, underscoring her commitment to local economic development and community collaboration. She also actively volunteers with local and national organizations including Habit for Humanity and Unity communities. Ms. Garza also volunteers her time serving at Keys to Success in Pella, IA hosting Cacao Ceremonies and Mana Movements to support individuals by activating their heart center, energetic body, and physical well-being. Through her work she invites participants to reflect on questions such as: "What is your heart saying? What does your soul need to express? How can you embody the highest version of yourself aligned with your true timeline?"
