From 2004 to 2024, Mr. Dupuy was a human capital management sales executive and benefit consultant at Complete Payroll Solutions. Over nearly two decades, he developed deep industry knowledge in payroll services and benefits consulting, which laid the foundation for his later specialization in Medicare and individual health insurance.

Between 2006 and 2008, Mr. Dupuy served as a senior search consultant and account manager at OS3 Staffing, LLC. In this role, he was responsible for talent acquisition and client relationship management, further honing his skills in building professional networks.

His earlier experience includes serving as a sales executive and relationship manager at Interpay Payroll from 2002 to 2003, where he managed client accounts and facilitated payroll solutions for businesses.

Mr. Dupuy began his professional journey as a senior search consultant specializing in information technology at Kforce from 2000 to 2002. This initial role provided him with valuable insights into recruitment and workforce solutions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dupuy has established himself as an expert in Medicare, individual health insurance and micro-group plans for new business owners with three to seven employees. His proficiency in these areas is widely recognized within the industry. Mr. Dupuy's academic background includes earning a bachelor's degree in physical education and recreation from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater in 1998. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Dupuy is civically engaged as a basketball official for Special Olympics since 2013 and maintains involvement with the New England Hemophilia Association. These activities reflect his dedication to community service and advocacy.
