From 2022 to 2023, she was director of outlets at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino in Lake Tahoe, California.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Rash held the position of assistant director of food and beverage at The Club at ArrowCreek from 2021 to 2022, supporting the club's mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members. In 2021, she also served as assistant director of food and beverage at Tahoe Mountain Club in Truckee, California. Between 2020 and 2021, Ms. Rash was general manager for Mina Group in Lake Tahoe, overseeing restaurant operations and playing a pivotal role in team development and guest relations.

Ms. Rash's hospitality expertise extends to notable properties across the state of Colorado. She worked as a bar manager at The Remedy Bar within Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Vail, Colorado, from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, she served as food and beverage manager at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa between 2018 and 2019. In 2018, she was director of outlets at The Sebastian Vail, A Timbers Resort, where she led teams across several dining venues to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. From 2017 to 2018, Ms. Rash served as food and beverage outlets manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Snowmass Village, Colorado.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Rash worked as a restaurant general manager at Sarto's in Denver, Colorado, in 2017, and held a leadership role with Del Frisco's Grille under Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from 2016 to 2017, where she contributed to the restaurant's growth through effective leadership. From 2013 to 2014, she served as outlets supervisor at St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colorado, supporting daily outlet functions and staff training. Ms. Rash's foundational experience in hospitality began as an in-room dining coordinator at Four Seasons Hotel in Denver, Colorado, between 2011 and 2012, where she developed her skills in guest service management.

Throughout her career journey, Ms. Rash has been most proud of helping others achieve their potential. A particularly memorable moment occurred while working with international colleagues from countries such as the Philippines, Turkey and Portugal. She recalls mentoring Aimeeh, a young woman from the Philippines whose dedication inspired Ms. Rash to teach her proper service standards. Upon returning later, Ms. Rash learned that Aimeeh had advanced to become head of food and beverage, a success Amy attributed directly to Ms. Rash's guidance.

Ms. Rash's academic background laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Science in food and beverage management from The Art Institutes of Colorado in Denver in 2011. In addition to her education, she attributes her success to attentive listening, understanding the expectations and needs of each department or hotel, as well as the support she has received from colleagues and mentors over the years. Ms. Rash's passion for hospitality was inspired by her grandmother's lifelong dedication to cooking.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Rash has demonstrated civic commitment through involvement with organizations such as Junior League Colorado and as a volunteer with Women for Dress for Success. She also enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with friends.
