Ms. Lokker's inspiration for Easy Wear Jewelry emerged during an entrepreneurship course at university when she lost a sentimental necklace due to difficulty with its clasp. This personal loss sparked the idea for an accessible jewelry clasp system. After developing prototypes and refining designs with industry professionals, Ms. Lokker secured manufacturing partnerships abroad — overcoming communication barriers through direct engagement during a trip to Hong Kong — and prepared for product launch.

Prior to launching her business, Ms. Lokker gained valuable experience as a commercial property manager intern with Acadia Realty Trust in Chicago in 2023. In this capacity, she contributed to property management operations, furthering her understanding of real estate and business management. She also served as a spin instructor at CycleBar from 2022 to 2023, and then at Fire Cycle Fitness from 2023-2025, where she shared her passion for fitness and motivated clients through group exercise classes.

In 2022, Ms. Lokker worked as a property management intern at New Land Enterprises in Milwaukee, and that same year began her career as a real estate salesperson with The Realty Company LLC in Brookfield, applying her knowledge of the local market to assist clients with residential transactions. She began her professional journey as a research analyst intern at SVN | Hintze Commercial Real Estate from 2021 to 2022.

Ms. Lokker's entrepreneurial achievements have garnered significant recognition. She was featured on "Project Pitch It," a Wisconsin-based program highlighting local businesses, where she delivered a winning pitch and earned the first-place award of $10,000 for her episode. This recognition brought attention to her two granted patents for her product and underscored her innovative approach to problem-solving.

Furthering her expertise, Ms. Lokker is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Association of REALTORS, the Wisconsin REALTORS Association and Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women. She also holds membership in the Women's Jewelry Association.

Academically, Ms. Lokker's background includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2024. During her studies, she completed certificates in real estate and entrepreneurship, which provided foundational knowledge for both her real estate career and business ventures. She was president of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for 2 years.

In addition, Ms. Lokker holds several professional certifications, including being certified in real estate and entrepreneurship by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and completing FARM Excel Training in 2022. She also holds a license as a real estate salesperson through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

A highly competitive gymnast during her youth, Ms. Lokker trained extensively in the sport, an experience that instilled in her perseverance, discipline and resilience. Early fundraising efforts for gymnastics competitions introduced her to salesmanship and entrepreneurship long before she recognized these skills would shape her future career.

While still an undergraduate student, Ms. Lokker earned her real estate sales license and began working in residential sales while balancing academic commitments. The income generated from these early professional experiences enabled her to invest in product development after graduation.

Dedicated to her community, Ms. Lokker's civic involvement reflects her dedication to supporting people living with disabilities. She has volunteered at events organized by Independence First — a Milwaukee-based organization serving individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities — and participated in programs led by The Mobility Queen, a stroke survivor who advocates for adaptive products online. She also plans to take part in Hike Up the Tower at Chicago's Sears Tower, benefiting Shirley Ryan Mobility.

Her professional accomplishments have been recognized through multiple awards, such as two People's Choice Awards from separate competitions in 2023 and 2024, multiple first place winnings at various pitch competitions and the Leadership and Excellence Award for Club Growth during her presidency of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Raised in Greendale, Ms. Lokker enjoys teaching indoor spin classes, participating in workout sessions and staying active through fitness pursuits and outdoor activities. An avid traveler, she has visited 10 countries since embarking on international travel following graduation, experiences that have broadened her perspective both personally and professionally.

Looking ahead, Ms. Lokker aims to refine Easy Clasp technology further while expanding into additional products that simplify accessorizing, such as more accessible earring designs, guided by customer feedback.
