In this capacity, Mr. Alexander manages day-to-day security program operations, ensures compliance with government regulations and oversees the foreign ownership, control and influence (FOCI) and facility clearance compliance while operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

He is also responsible for administering compliance with foreign ownership control and influence, implementing the U.S. Department of Defense-mandated industrial security program and coordinating with the Defense and Counterintelligence Security Agency. Moreover, Mr. Alexander handles security assessments, audits, and Insider Threat.

Hired by the subsidiary of one of the fastest growing cybersecurity startups in 2021, Mr. Alexander helped guide the company through the FCL/FOCI process. He previously worked for various-sized companies from large like BAE Systems to smaller companies, and every size in between.

Mr. Alexander's earlier roles included starting off as a contract security guard focusing solely on the physical security aspect of industrial security and then two years later becoming a security associate and kickstarting his industrial security career. Mr. Alexander also held the job titles of security specialist II, senior security specialist, industrial security specialist, facility security officer, and helpdesk team lead, in a career that dates back to 2003 and included three layoffs in almost five years.

Mr. Alexander graduated from Paint Branch High School in Burtonsville, Maryland, before completing coursework in business administration at Southern New Hampshire University and Strayer University. Beyond his professional achievements, he participates in the I-270 Industrial Security Awareness Council and serves as the vice president of his homeowners' association.

A defining milestone in Mr. Alexander's career was his leadership in guiding his current company through the facility clearance process from start to finish. This achievement required navigating complex government regulations and addressing numerous nuances inherent to the process.
