Her earlier experience includes her tenure as a consultant for CRM and customer experience at Slalom from 2019 to 2020. While at Slalom, Ms. Ibias was part of the leadership team during the high-profile post-acquisition integration of a Fortune 500 Life Sciences company. As business architect for this global project, she coordinated business integration efforts across 83 countries and multiple CRM systems. Working with a core team of five, she developed strategies that unified teams from both conglomerates into a cohesive system, an achievement she regards as one of her most significant professional milestones.

Ms. Ibias also held several key positions at Shorelight Education between 2015 and 2019. As the Director of Systems and Software from 2018 to 2019, she oversaw the development and deployment of technology solutions that supported educational initiatives. From 2016 to 2018, she was Associate Director of Salesforce and back office development, where she managed cross-functional teams responsible for optimizing internal processes. Her initial role at Shorelight Education was as Product Manager of Salesforce from 2015 to 2016, focusing on platform enhancements that improved user experience and data management.

Her professional journey began at Teach For America, where she served as a recruitment associate and Salesforce product owner from 2013 to 2015, following her role as a campus campaign coordinator from 2011 to 2013. These formative roles provided her with foundational experience in nonprofit operations and technology-driven recruitment strategies.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ibias has demonstrated exceptional expertise in global operations, digital strategy and operations, merger and acquisition integration strategy, post-acquisition processes and driving operational initiatives. Ms. Ibias's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in political science and human and social development with a minor in Portuguese from the University of Miami, where she graduated magna cum laude. She has further enhanced her credentials through advanced certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2025, including the chief operating officer program, Internet of Things: design and applications, and digital supply chain: reinventing supply chains for the future.
