Mr. Scoccola has established a distinguished career in the real estate and title industry, currently serving as the owner of Title Dominion LLC since 2015. With a remarkable 40-year tenure in his profession, he has honed his expertise in research and databases, focusing on commercial properties. Mr. Scoccola's role involves working on projects through various databases and gathering comprehensive information on specific parcels of land. Besides his dedication to the real estate sector, he has been a real estate research assistant at Cleveland Clinic since 2016.

Before founding Title Dominion LLC, Mr. Scoccola was an independent real estate title abstractor with T. Russell LLC from 2012 to 2015. His career journey began much earlier at Guardian Title & Guaranty Agency Inc., where he served as a title examiner between 1972 and 1983. He then advanced to director of title operations at Surety Title Agency Inc., a position he held from 1983 to 2012.

Mr. Scoccola's first 10 years working at a title company were very diverse, allowing him to expand his knowledge base. In addition to being a researcher, he was the director of publishing, where he published a magazine for the company for about five years. He also directed the quarterly magazine and handled advertising for the company.

Mr. Scoccola's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University in 1972. In addition to his professional achievements, he has become actively involved in civic organizations. He has been an ambassador for University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center since 2011 and is active as a member of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Mr. Scoccola supported HandsOn Northeast Ohio until 2024, reflecting his commitment to community engagement and philanthropy.

Attributing his long and successful career to qualities such as genuineness, trustworthiness and kindness, Mr. Scoccola has continually received appreciation from colleagues and clients throughout his tenure. He draws inspiration from his Aunt Carmela Maio Marianera, a master seamstress who achieved significant accomplishments despite limited formal education.
