Mr. Rivera's educational background includes earning a high school diploma. He credits his strong family unit and a commitment to continuous learning as foundational influences on his success. At the age of 17, Mr. Rivera entered the restoration industry, where he initially assisted his father with marketing efforts for the family business. Over time, he acquired technical skills and became adept at managing payroll and billing operations under his father's guidance. After relocating to Portland, he co-founded a restoration company with business partner Harlan Gross. Eight months ago, they expanded their enterprise by purchasing his father's company, enabling them to operate two locations in McMinnville and Portland.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Rivera is civically engaged through volunteer work and maintains an association with the Church of Scientology. His contributions to the industry have been recognized with accolades, including the 2024 Best of the Rose City Award for Home Restoration.
