Since 2015, he has served as storage and virtualization lead engineer at CACI International Inc., where he oversees the daily operations and tasks of his team. In this capacity, he is recognized for his expertise in VMware virtualization and is most proud of leading the project that transitioned from an EMC SAN to
Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, a significant milestone in his field.

Prior to joining CACI International Inc., Mr. Baldwin was a network systems engineer for USAFCENT NOSC from 2006 to 2015. During this period, he played a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing network systems critical to organizational operations. His earlier tenure as superintendent of the engineering support team at USCENTAF NOSC from 2000 to 2006 further solidified his leadership abilities and technical acumen.

Mr. Baldwin's professional journey began with service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves before moving to active duty with the U.S. Air Force, where he retired in 2006. His military career was distinguished by recognition during his professional military education for the Marine Corps, underscoring his commitment to excellence and service.

Throughout his career, Mr. Baldwin has maintained active involvement in industry organizations, including membership in the Department of American Veterans, reflecting his dedication to supporting fellow veterans and advancing the profession.

His educational background includes earning a high school diploma in Greensboro, which laid the foundation for his subsequent achievements. Mr. Baldwin has pursued continuous professional development, obtaining several certifications that have been instrumental in his success: VMware Certified Professional in Data Center Virtualization, VMware Certified Professional in Desktop Management, MCSE: Core Infrastructure-Certified, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching, CompTIA Security Certification and Cisco CCNA Data Center. These credentials have enabled him to remain at the forefront of technological advancements and deliver exceptional results throughout his career.

Mr. Baldwin attributes his accomplishments to both God and his parents, noting that his father's role as a preacher and the strong foundation provided by his family were instrumental influences. He acknowledges that while he experienced challenges after joining the military, he always recognized a higher purpose guiding him toward integrity and doing what is right—principles that have shaped both his personal and professional life.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Baldwin is committed to civic engagement as the founder and president of Agape International Outreach, demonstrating a passion for supporting global communities.

Born in Greensboro, Mr. Baldwin is devoted to his family, which includes his wife of 34 years and their three children. Through his personal struggles following two wars, he learned the importance of seeking help. Today, he is also a proud grandfather to two granddaughters, describing grandparenthood as the rewarding "icing on the cake" of life.

Looking ahead, Mr. Baldwin aims to continue growing professionally by expanding his knowledge and supporting the companies he serves in fulfilling their missions. Personally, he is dedicated to being a better father and husband while nurturing his church community through life group and discipleship meetings.
