He was recognized as Best Campus Director of the Month for his outstanding contributions to student engagement and innovation. During this time, he hosted an entrepreneurship boot camp for aspiring founders and prepared financial sponsorship proposals, laying the groundwork for long-term program success and impact.

In Kenya, Mr. Kifue also worked as Strategic Finance Manager for Sanifa Companies from 2019 to 2021, where he conducted financial feasibility analyses for real estate and industrial projects and collaborated with senior management on the firm's investment strategies.
