MATTHEWS, NC, October 24, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christine Goodson has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mrs. Goodson has established herself as a prominent leader in executive search and talent management, currently serving as the chief executive officer of Titan Talent Partners since 2019. In this capacity, she is responsible for running the business, engaging with potential new clients and overseeing all recruiting operations. Her leadership extends to managing the recruiting team, ensuring the highest quality of service and candidate delivery for clients, and guiding the organization's strategic direction. Mrs. Goodson is also deeply involved in the back-office operations, working closely with managing partners and recruiters to maintain Titan's reputation for excellence.
Prior to her current role, Mrs. Goodson was managing partner at Titan Talent Partners from 2017 to 2019. During this period, she laid the groundwork for the firm's unique culture, which prioritizes family and faith, and structured the company to foster a lifestyle for its executives. She is particularly proud of building Titan into a multimillion-dollar executive search firm, intentionally limiting recruiter workloads to ensure quality over quantity. This approach has distinguished Titan from larger firms and has allowed Mrs. Goodson's team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
From 2014 to 2017, Mrs. Goodson served as vice president of global talent management and organization development at Colfax Corporation. In this role, she led global talent management initiatives, overseeing acquisition, retention and development strategies. Her expertise in aligning top leadership talent with the strategic, operational and cultural needs of private equity-backed and high-growth companies was instrumental in helping organizations solve critical leadership challenges.
Between 2005 and 2014, Mrs. Goodson held the position of vice president of global talent sourcing at SPX Corporation, a $5 billion global conglomerate. She initially supported recruitment efforts as an external partner before being brought in-house to build and lead the internal talent acquisition team. Over nine years, she and her team saved the company more than $50 million in search fees. As her career grew, her responsibilities expanded to include talent reviews and succession planning.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Goodson was the vice president of recruiting at SPIRIT ipds INC. from 2000 to 2005. She entered the executive search field after her sister invited her to become a partner at a search firm, marking a pivotal shift from her initial work in sales. One of her first major clients was SPX Corporation, which set the stage for her subsequent achievements in talent acquisition.
Mrs. Goodson began her professional journey as executive director of sales and recruiting at Equinox International from 1992 to 1999. She sold water treatment products for a rapidly growing company recognized among the Inc. 500. After a year of extensive travel and balancing the demands of a young family, she transitioned into nurse recruiting, which ultimately led her into executive search.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Goodson has developed expertise in executive search for chief executive officers, presidents, general management and chief human resources officer roles. Her ability to deliver high-impact executives has earned her recognition as an industry leader. She has been invited to be a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., further demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence.
Mrs. Goodson's decision to return to executive search and launch Titan Talent Partners was influenced by her husband's calling to start a new church congregation. Recognizing the need to balance her professional responsibilities with family and ministry commitments, she chose to create a business that would allow her and her team to prioritize faith and family while achieving professional success.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Goodson holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 1993. She has also been civically engaged as chairman of the board for the HOPE Charitable Foundation since 2024. As the author of forcourageouswomen.com, Mrs. Goodson shares insights and encouragement for women seeking to lead with courage and purpose.
Reflecting on her career, Mrs. Goodson attributes her success to her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, a strong work ethic inherited from her immigrant family, and the encouragement of her father, who instilled in her an enduring optimism and the belief that she could achieve anything through hard work and wise decisions. Her approach to business has been shaped by key practices such as the 5 Whys, root cause countermeasures, and continuous improvement from the Danaher Business System, as well as mentorship from leaders including Lynn Clark, Steve Simms, and Mitch Rales at Colfax Corporation.
Mrs. Goodson remains deeply grounded in her faith and values, attributing her accomplishments to the grace of God rather than personal distinction. While recognition often centers on her leadership, her story is ultimately one of faith, perseverance and opportunity. As a minority woman from an immigrant family with no history of higher education, Mrs. Goodson is passionate about demonstrating that success is attainable for anyone willing to work diligently, remain steadfast in their values and trust in a greater purpose.
Born in Georgetown, Mrs. Goodson enjoys mission work with her husband, life counseling and discipleship. Looking ahead, she aspires to help Titan's leaders and search partners achieve true financial independence and establish a legacy that will support their needs and aspirations for years to come. Her ultimate goal is to gradually step back from daily operations once the business reaches sustainable growth, allowing her to dedicate more time to ministry and personal pursuits while ensuring that her team continues to thrive.
