Before founding the Rocky Top Veterans Foundation, Mr. Bryant served as a training director in law enforcement for 24 years. His career in law enforcement began in a jail, where he worked diligently and earned successive promotions. His most notable achievement in this field has been attaining his current position, which enables him to interact with and teach others —a role he values deeply.

Mr. Bryant's professional journey also includes distinguished military service. He has served in the Army National Guard since 2022 and previously served in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2001.
