Her tenure at Palmer Holland was marked by significant achievements, including being the only woman in a sales role in 2011 and later becoming the youngest woman shareholder. She worked closely with customers nationally, and advanced to business manager from 2020 to 2024, where she played an instrumental role in corporate strategy during an unprecedented and challenging time for global supply chain. Her earlier years at Palmer Holland included serving as account manager from 2011 to 2020, where she built foundational expertise in chemical ingredients and global regulatory standards.

Ms. Thacker began her professional journey as a sales intern at IGS Energy in 2010. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her tenacity in breaking barriers within a male-dominated industry and for taking significant financial risks by investing in both her company and herself.
