Before joining Raise Away, Ms. Wise thrived as a retail associate manager with Storck from 2022 to 2024. During this period, she adeptly managed retail operations and contributed to the company's growth within Walmart's retail sector, while also cultivating a partnership between Werther's Original and Cosmic Crisp(c) in a feature of Country Living Magazine in fall 2023. From 2020 to 2022, she excelled as a business manager at Acosta, overseeing business development initiatives and client relationships by leveraging her earlier experience as a leadership development program associate with the company between 2019 and 2020.

Ms. Wise initiated her association with Acosta as a business manager assistant from 2018 to 2019, where she supported senior managers and gained valuable insights into operational processes. Before this, she worked as a brewista at 7 Brew Coffee in 2018, where she gained advanced customer service skills and developed a strong collaboration of fun with work. Additionally, Ms. Wise proudly served as a process analyst at Epoca International Inc. between 2017 and 2018, contributing to efficiency initiatives within the organization.

Ms. Wise's foundational professional experiences include her tenure as a category team assistant at Walmart Stores Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where she assisted with product assortment strategies. She also excelled as a CAD specialist at Walmart Stores Inc. from 2014 to 2016, utilizing computer-aided design tools for store planning and layout optimization, and Ms. Wise was a master data coordinator at Walmart Stores Inc. from 2013 to 2014, managing critical data systems supporting retail operations.

Ms. Wise credits her success to her heart for people, relationships and philanthropy, emphasizing that every act of kindness contributes to a broader ripple effect of positive change. Passionate about serving others, she remains actively involved in civic activities, and since 2023, she has served as a leadership board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – Northwest Arkansas Chapter. Ms. Wise has also been a community volunteer with the foundation since 2013, and she is a donor to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Ms. Wise's contributions have been recognized through several honors, including the CF Star Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in both 2018 and 2023, the Top Fundraiser Award from the same organization with the nomination for Finest Honoree in 2019 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. To achieve balance, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, as well as walking and kickboxing.
