During this period, he played a pivotal role in implementing ServiceNow, an accomplishment he regards as one of his most fulfilling corporate experiences. He fostered strong camaraderie within his team, relationships that have endured beyond his tenure at the company. Concurrently, from 2013 to 2018, he also served as a senior manager of global IT development and maintenance at Huntsman, where he was instrumental in leading diverse teams through complex transitions.

From 1996 to 2013, Mr. Dowling contributed to Halliburton as an IT senior manager. In this capacity, he acted as a change agent, focusing on organizational transformation within the information technology division. Mr. Dowling began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he worked from 1984 to 1995. His responsibilities included auditing and consulting for a range of clients, providing him with foundational expertise in business operations and technology optimization. Throughout his career he has specialized in launching new departments, reviving underperforming projects and improving team performance.

Mr. Dowling's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Arts in business operations and information technology from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1981. He also completed coursework in computer science at Northwestern University in 1978. Mr. Dowling attributes his success not to intelligence or experience alone but to being a problem solver through perseverance, faithfulness and sound judgment, qualities that have been recognized by those who have hired him throughout his career. Mr. Dowling brings over three decades of devoted ministry, profoundly influencing lives through compassionate, scripture-centered support. He led the Biblical Coaching Ministry at the ARK Church for three years and dedicated 17 years to lay Biblical counseling in a pregnancy health center, addiction recovery program, and church ministries. His approach centers on helping individuals confront false beliefs and embrace transformative change through biblical guidance and obedience to God's word. Mr. Dowling's perspective on counseling evolved significantly when he began working with individuals from diverse backgrounds outside the corporate sphere. This exposure assisted him serving people from all walks of life, deepening his compassion and convincing him of the universal power of God's word to transform. He emphasizes the power of positive outcome focused prayer aligned with scripture as a potent, underutilized catalyst for spiritual renewal among believers.

Looking ahead, Mr. Dowling plans to complete a nonfiction book while continuing to develop his fictional writing craft through an extended course of study. He has authored eight short stories with the intention of compiling them into a collection for publication or submission to anthologies. His aspirations include publishing both fiction and nonfiction works that reflect his commitment to supporting others through faith-based principles and personal growth strategies.
