Mr. Maynard currently serves as the director of manufacturing operations at Delorio Foods Inc., a company with a century-long legacy in producing frozen dough for commercial sales and pizza establishments. Since 2025, he has been instrumental in refining established policies and procedures, building robust operational programs, and providing the strong leadership necessary to elevate the organization's performance. Prior to joining Delorio Foods, Mr. Maynard was the director of operations at HP Hood LLC from 2024 to 2025. In this capacity, he became the fifth operations manager in three years, tasked with improving eggnog production numbers. He led a comprehensive SWOT analysis involving all departments, which resulted in a successful eggnog season that met production targets. Mr. Maynard also initiated a mentorship program for supervisors, distributing copies of "The One Minute Manager" and organizing monthly meetings to foster professional development.

From 2023 to 2024, Mr. Maynard was the plant manager at Thrive Foods, where he leveraged his expertise in freeze-dried food production and plant management. Earlier in his career, from 2021 to 2023, Mr. Maynard served as the plant manager at Country Fresh Inc., an apple packing facility in Oswego, New York. There, he managed procurement from local farmers, streamlined assembly line processes and expanded distribution channels along the East Coast to Florida. He also spearheaded the installation of three automatic apple topping machines, coordinated rapid infrastructure changes and implemented new sorting lines capable of detecting internal defects in apples.

Likewise, between 2019 and 2023, Mr. Maynard was the plant manager at The Fresh Food Group. He is particularly proud of his mentorship work during this period, notably guiding a young quality supervisor into a plant manager role, serving as a testament to his commitment to developing talent. He values the connections made throughout his career and emphasizes honesty and open communication. Previously, as the plant manager at OFD Foods LLC from 2018 to 2019, Mr. Maynard oversaw the construction and launch of a freeze-dried probiotics facility. He managed all aspects of the project — from hiring staff and setting up utilities to purchasing equipment — ensuring completion on time and within budget. From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Maynard worked as a CSC manager at Suburban Propane in Western New York.

Mr. Maynard's earlier career included several roles at Kraft Foods Group between 2006 and 2015. From 2010 to 2015, he was the production supervisor, managing the Cool Whip department prior to Kraft's merger with Heinz and contributing to various process improvement projects. From 2008 to 2010, he was the logistics supervisor, where he played a key role in implementing inventory systems and establishing safety committees, initiatives that were later adopted across multiple sites. Furthermore, as the distribution center supervisor from 2006 to 2008, he managed operations for Kraft Pizza Company, including DiGiorno, California Pizza Kitchen, and Tombstone Pizza. His success led to his promotion as an internal managerial consultant for Kraft Foods Group, where he contributed significantly to integrating Kraft Foods into the SAP system by testing data programs, collaborating with engineers on system debugging and training peers nationwide.

Mr. Maynard began his professional journey driving trucks for Nabisco, making deliveries while also working in warehouse operations and serving as a duty member during foreman absences. His dedication attracted mentorship from management, which facilitated his transition into supervisory roles at Kraft Foods Group.

Mr. Maynard completed a Master of Business Administration in project management from the University of Phoenix in 2013. He is also certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, which enhances his ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. He attributes much of his success to confidence, a quality that has enabled him to embrace new challenges across diverse sectors within the food manufacturing industry. Mr. Maynard also completed a book on management principles based on real-world experiences with both effective and ineffective leaders, for which he is actively seeking publication.

Looking ahead, Mr. Maynard envisions advancing into a vice president of operations role and aspiring toward executive leadership before retirement, continuing his legacy of operational excellence and mentorship within the industry.
