Mr. Fiszel began his professional journey in the Israeli Air Force, serving as a program manager from 1987 to 2005. He also runs a developmental program for children ages 2 to 5, with some participants having advanced to become coaches within the club itself. Mr. Fiszel's civic engagement is further reflected by his receipt of a national-level Sportsmanship Award and nomination for Coach of the Year.
