From 2020 to 2021, he worked as a consultant and entrepreneur with Advance10 LLC. In this role, Mr. Fiszel provided strategic guidance to clients across various industries, leveraging his extensive background in operations integration and process optimization.

Between 2017 and 2020, Mr. Fiszel served as the senior general manager at Bodycote. He was instrumental in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve organizational goals. From 2013 to 2017, he held the position of corporate director of operations integration at Valence Surface Technologies. Here, Mr. Fiszel unified teams across multiple US states, and disciplines, applying principles of continuous improvement and teamwork to enhance productivity and achieve shared objectives, an accomplishment that continues to be a defining strength of his career.

Earlier in his professional journey, Mr. Fiszel served as the business systems development manager at Chrome Plus International from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, he was the chief operating officer at Perfekta Inc., where he oversaw company operations and played a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Fiszel began his professional journey in the Israeli Air Force, serving as a program manager from 1987 to 2005. Over a distinguished 17-year military career, he rose to the rank of Major and earned recognition for his achievements on engineering projects and programs.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Fiszel collaborated extensively with several U.S.-based companies and participated in joint projects with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, and U.S. Army. His work focused on advancing technology integration, program coordination, and cross-national defense initiatives that strengthened operational capabilities and technical cooperation between allied forces.

Among his most innovative contributions, Mr. Fiszel led the development of a custom software system for an aerospace facility, drawing inspiration from everyday systems and service models. This platform streamlined complex processes, reduced training requirements and enhanced operational efficiency. Mr. Fiszel's pioneering approach laid the foundation for what he describes as a precursor to artificial intelligence in industrial operations.

Mr. Fiszel's academic background reflects a diverse and international focus. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, and completed coursework in aeronautical engineering at Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Argentina. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Haifa in Israel.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Fiszel attributes his accomplishments to a steadfast commitment to growth, adaptability and meaningful contribution. Having rebuilt his life in unfamiliar environments without knowing the language or community, he exemplifies perseverance, teamwork and a dedication to making a lasting impact. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Fiszel has made significant contributions to youth sports as a coach and trainer with Sporting Wichita since 2002. What began as coaching a single team has grown into building a youth soccer club affiliated with the professional Major League Soccer team in Kansas City. The club now includes players who represent the United States national futsal team and spans all age groups, including two semi-professional teams.

In 2025, Mr. Fiszel launched a free soccer program for children with disabilities funded through grants and donations to ensure accessibility for all families. He also runs a developmental program for children ages 2 to 5, with some participants having advanced to become coaches within the club itself. Mr. Fiszel's civic engagement is further reflected by his receipt of a national-level Sportsmanship Award and nomination for Coach of the Year.

In addition to his professional and civic endeavors, Mr. Fiszel has made significant contributions to the field of quality and process improvement through his research and presentations. He has shared his insights at prominent venues, including "The Mechanical Quality Activity" at the Quality International Conference in Jerusalem, "Helicopters Coating Blade" at the 38th Space & Aeronautical Congress, Technion University - Haifa, and "Benchmarking Process" and "Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement" at the Quality National Conference in Jerusalem, demonstrating his commitment to advancing best practices across industries.

Born in Buenos Aires, Mr. Fiszel enjoys coaching soccer and real estate in his personal time. He is dedicated to supporting underprivileged, refugee and disabled children through youth soccer, focusing on nurturing character, education and opportunity so young people can become compassionate leaders and role models within their communities. Mr. Fiszel remains committed to overseeing major aerospace projects such as certification and global rollout initiatives while sustaining the growth of his community-driven soccer club for future generations.
