LOS ANGELES, CA, October 28, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stanley A. Williams has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Williams, founder of Standard Operations since 2025, has established a reputation for excellence in general operations support, budget analysis, vendor screening and management, contract negotiation and systems management. His expertise is reflected in his approach to business, where he meticulously assesses client needs and priorities, and prioritizes projects based on deadlines and key events. Mr. Williams actively seeks new opportunities and clients, particularly within the nonprofit sector, and collaborates with organizations across diverse geographic regions. His commitment to quality is evident in his hands-on editing of podcast episodes, ensuring timely publication.

Before founding Standard Operations, Mr. Williams served as director of campaign operations at The Human Rights Campaign from 2019 to 2025. In this capacity, he oversaw strategic planning and execution of national campaigns, managed cross-functional teams and ensured operational efficiency across multiple initiatives. His leadership made a significant contribution to the organization's advocacy efforts and public engagement.

From 2018 to 2019, Mr. Williams was deputy state manager at The Human Rights Campaign. He played a pivotal role in coordinating statewide operations, supporting grassroots mobilization and fostering partnerships with local stakeholders to advance the organization's mission.

Between 2017 and 2018, Mr. Williams served as operations director at the Arizona Democratic Party. He was responsible for streamlining internal processes, managing budgets and facilitating communication between departments to enhance organizational performance.

In 2016, Mr. Williams served as both coordinated campaign director and training director at the Arizona Democratic Party. As coordinated campaign director, he led efforts to unify various campaign activities under a cohesive strategy. As the training director, he developed programs to equip staff and volunteers with the essential skills necessary for effective political engagement.

A defining moment in Mr. Williams' career occurred in 2015 when he was deputy executive director at the Arizona Advocacy Network Action Network. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in helping the city of Tempe create a charter amendment that limited political contributions to $1,000 per person per election. Mr. Williams advocated for stringent penalties for violations, recommending removal from office for those who exceeded contribution limits, a measure designed to curtail undue influence in local politics. His leadership was integral to the amendment's passage with an overwhelming 87 percent approval rate.

From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Williams served as the Arizona organizing director at Enroll America, where he directed outreach initiatives aimed at increasing health care enrollment through community engagement and education.

In 2012, he served as the youth and LGBT vote director, as well as regional field director in Nevada, for Organizing for America. He developed targeted strategies to mobilize young voters and members of the LGBT community during critical election cycles.

Mr. Williams' earlier experience includes serving as regional field director and youth and LGBT vote director in Florida from 2011 to 2012 for Organizing for America, the re-election campaign for President Barack Obama, where he managed field operations and voter outreach programs across key districts.

From 2009 to 2011, he served as the regional field director in Arizona for Organizing for America, overseeing volunteer recruitment and campaign logistics.

His career began as a field organizer for Barack Obama's Campaign for Change in 2008, following his service as executive director of the Arizona chapter of the Young Democrats of America from 2007 to 2008. In these roles, Mr. Williams demonstrated early leadership by coordinating grassroots efforts and engaging young voters.

He entered the profession in 2006 as a field organizer with the Arizona Democratic Party, having decided to take a leave from his academic studies when presented with an opportunity in political organizing. However, he considered returning to complete his degree later; rising educational costs led him to focus on advancing his career through practical experience, a decision that ultimately provided him with expertise equivalent to that gained through formal academic credentials.

Born in Panama City, Mr. Williams attributes his success to a guiding principle shared by former congressman Harry Mitchell: "You can't be successful unless a lot of people want you to be." This philosophy underscores his belief in collaboration and mutual support as essential elements of achievement. He is known for striking a balance between diligence and a lighthearted approach, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility toward his colleagues and clients.

Looking ahead, Mr. Williams envisions expanding Standard Operations into a medium-sized enterprise with dedicated staff committed to delivering exceptional operational infrastructure for clients.

Throughout his nineteen-year career, Mr. Williams has demonstrated unwavering dedication to operational excellence and social impact, qualities that have earned him recognition among leaders in his field.
