Before establishing The Enclave Collective, Ms. Candito was vice president of integrated marketing at Anteriad in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area from 2021 to 2025. In this leadership position, she directed comprehensive marketing strategies that drove business growth and enhanced brand visibility.

From 2020 to 2021, Ms. Candito held the position of digital demand transformation leader at IBM in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was instrumental in leading global initiatives that transformed digital demand generation processes. Her tenure at IBM also included serving as demand generation strategy lead from 2019 to 2020 and digital marketing leader in 2019. Between 2017 and 2019, she served as cloud campaign manager at IBM, where she managed high-impact campaigns for cloud solutions.

Among her most notable achievements during her time at IBM was the worldwide launch of the company's new customer relationship management platform. This milestone stands as her most significant corporate accomplishment due to its global impact on the business.

Ms. Candito's earlier career includes serving as marketing communications manager for lead generation at Eaton in Raleigh-Durham from 2013 to 2017. She played a pivotal role in developing and executing lead generation strategies that contributed to the company's growth. Previously, she served as the marketing manager for the cloud business unit at Red Hat from 2012 to 2013, where she advanced cloud-based marketing initiatives.

She also served as vice president of marketing for the International Association of Business Communicators North Carolina Triangle Chapter from 2011 to 2012, supporting professional development and communication excellence within the organization.

From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Candito worked as a marketing communications specialist at Eaton Corporation in Raleigh-Durham, focusing on strategic communications and brand messaging. She was a marketing specialist at TeleHealth Services in Raleigh from 2008 to 2009, where she contributed to the marketing efforts of health care technology.

Her career began with roles such as coordinator of public relations and corporate communications at George P. Johnson in Boston from 2007 to 2008 and senior proposal specialist at New York Life Investment Management in Boston from 2003 to 2007.

Throughout her career, Ms. Candito has developed expertise in demand generation, marketing automation and customer relationship management, areas in which she is highly regarded for her proficiency and leadership.

Ms. Candito earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in marketing and a minor in sociology from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, graduating in 2002. Her academic background provided a strong foundation for her professional journey by equipping her with analytical skills and an understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Candito is the mother of Crosby and Gus. She enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, engaging with her sons' soccer and art activities, traveling, attending concerts, listening to live music and spending time with friends.
