Ms. Dulac has established a notable career spanning two decades, marked by progressive leadership roles and a commitment to empowering others. Since 2024, she has served as an associate director of human resources at Belay Diagnostics, where she oversees all aspects of human resources strategy and operations. In this capacity, Ms. Dulac has played a pivotal role in building the company's technology infrastructure, taking full ownership of human resources functions and supporting employees throughout their career journeys. Beginning her tenure at Belay Diagnostics in 2023, Ms. Dulac served as an executive administrative assistant, a role she held until 2024 along with human resources manager. Ms. Dulac also serves as the laboratory privacy officer at Belay Diagnostics, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations from 2024.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Dulac has been an instructor at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and Studio 22 since 2022, sharing her expertise in dance with aspiring artists. Her teaching experience extends internationally. In 2021, she was an English as a second language instructor with Mômji in France.

Earlier, Ms. Dulac served as event production manager and performer for various event production agencies, coordinating large-scale events and performances between 2016 and 2020. She also served as a marketing and production manager at Unity Productions Inc. from 2015 to 2020, overseeing promotional campaigns and production logistics. Among other positions, Ms. Dulac was a lead principal at Walt Disney World between 2012 and 2020 and worked in entertainment at Universal Orlando Resort from 2013 to 2020, contributing to guest experiences through performance and event management.

Her professional journey is deeply rooted in the performing arts. She was a dancer and performer with The Joffrey Ballet, the Luna Negra Dance Theater, DanceWorks Chicago and the Los Angeles Ballet between 2005 and 2012. She also notably taught at The Joffrey Ballet from 2009 to 2011.

Ms. Dulac's academic background includes a high school diploma with a focus on ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2005. She later acquired an Associate of Arts in general studies from Valencia College in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in organizational leadership, summa cum laude, from Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System, in 2020. That same year, she completed an undergraduate certificate in legal assistant/paralegal studies from Brandman University. Ms. Dulac's professional credentials include numerous certifications, including as a cybersecurity awareness professional and data protection and lifecycle management professional through Supremus Group, a human resources management certificate from Cornell University, credentials through the Society of Human Resources Management, and, among others, credentials in teaching yoga.

Maintaining active memberships in several industry organizations, Ms. Dulac is affiliated with SHRM as a SHRM-CP, HBR Advisory Council, and Yoga Alliance, among others. Her civic engagement includes serving on the Harris Theater Associate Board for Music and Dance since 2024, a New Dances Committee Host in 2025, and volunteering with local arts organizations.

During her tenure at Walt Disney World, Ms. Dulac's leadership and dedication were recognized with several awards in 2019, including the Quarterly Award, several Four Keys Recognition Awards, and the Grape Soda Award.

Ms. Dulac attributes her success to a strong work ethic, unwavering integrity and a genuine passion for supporting others. She is currently in the early stages of launching her own company, aimed at helping artists sustain their livelihoods by connecting them with flexible job opportunities that allow them to prioritize their art. The platform will initially serve artists in Chicago before expanding. Additionally, Ms. Dulac intends to pursue an advanced degree to support her career progression.
