Recruited from Freixenet Mionetto USA, Mr. Krynicky was the director of sales from 2021 to 2022. His contributions were instrumental in the growth of the most prominent sparkling wine producer in the world. Before joining Freixenet Mionetto USA, Mr. Krynicky held various roles at Chateau Ste. Michelle Wine Estates between 2018 and 2021, including division manager and managing director for the North Central region. His focus on change management helped the company navigate challenges and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Mr. Krynicky's earlier career included significant contributions at Concha Toro / Fetzer from 2012 to 2018, where he was a division manager and vice president of both the Midwest and the East. After Concha Toro purchased the winery from Brown-Forman, Mr. Krynicky was an integral part of transforming it into a profitable entity.

Among other notable roles, Mr. Krynicky served as regional sales manager at Majestic Fine Wines, a subsidiary of Jackson Family Wines, from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Krynicky was also a member of Jackson's "President Circle." He held the same position at W.J. Deutsch & Sons from 2003 to 2007, where he was recognized as Salesman of the Year in 2004. Mr. Krynicky's career began at Robert Mondavi Winery as a state manager in 2001, where he received the Tim Mondavi Award for his knowledge and expertise.

Mr. Krynicky's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and culinary arts from Bucks County Community College in 1989. In addition to his professional achievements, he has been deeply engaged in professional and civic commitments with organizations such as the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, the Special Olympics and Food4Africa, as well as various local charities.
