Ms. Golubski is recognized for her expertise in the insurance industry, marked by a decade of progressive advancement and leadership at Jencap Group in Buffalo, New York. Ms. Golubski's beginning of her insurance career started as a service coordinator in 2016 where she processed binders, certificates and endorsements for Property and Casualty lines. This provided foundational experience in client service and administrative support within the organization. Ms. Golubski moved to a Professional Lines renewal underwriter at Jencap Group from 2018 to 2023, where she managed policy renewals and developed a reputation for resolving challenging placements.

In 2024, she assumed the role of professional lines broker, where she is responsible for marketing, client outreach and managing complex quotes with efficiency and accuracy. Her expertise encompasses new business and renewals with challenging claim histories, inclusive of cyber, employment practices liability, and errors and omissions insurance. Ms. Golubski's commitment to timely service is supported by a dedicated team, enabling her to travel for work events while maintaining high standards for client satisfaction.

Ms. Golubski's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Art from the University at Buffalo, earned in 2014. Her education has provided valuable insight into human behavior and motivation; skills that have proven essential in her client-focused approach to insurance. Ms. Golubski further enhanced her credentials by earning an AXIS Cyber Risk Academy certificate from AXIS Capital in 2025, underscoring her expertise in emerging areas such as cyber risk.

Beyond her primary roles, Ms. Golubski's industry involvement includes serving as Secretary for Insurance Club of Buffalo for the last two years. Insurance Club of Buffalo is the proud host of the Country's largest one-day insurance event. This year, she sits as chair for the Morning Speaker and Community Outreach. She is also affiliated with the New York Young Insurance Professionals, serving as director and secretary while also sitting as Buffalo and Social Media chairs. Additionally, Ms. Golubski served on Insurance Women of Buffalo's board from 2017 to 2019, where she held roles such as public relations chair, technology chair and a director. This included participating in the Planning committee for 2019 FNYIP convention hosted in Rochester, NY. At that time, she served on the company's ESOP Communications Committee from 2018 to 2020. She has participated as a Mentor for RISE in 2024.

Meanwhile, Ms. Golubski's civic engagement includes volunteering with local nonprofits including urban gardens, the Feed More food bank, and delivering meals during the holidays through Buffalo City Mission. One of her favorite activities is hosting blanket making parties that benefit different non-profits each year. She has also crocheted a Buffalo Bills-themed blanket to raise funds for Junior Achievement in 2025. In 2024 she painted a Bills-themed jacket to raise funds for PUNT Pediatric Cancer Collaborative. Her fundraising activity for 2026 will be Bald for Bucks to benefit a cancer research hospital. Within the office, she has coordinated events such as Day of Caring, Corporate Challenge and Bowl-a-thon for Junior Achievement.

Throughout her career, Ms. Golubski has been recognized for her achievements and leadership potential. In 2025, she was named to RISE Professionals' 35 Under 35 list and was honored with the 2024 Recipient for EMS Group's Award for Excellence. Additional accolades include the Presidential Citation from NY-YIPs in 2018, Most Improved Award at Junior Achievement's Bowl-a-thon and 2018 Rookie of the Year Award from Insurance Women of Buffalo.

Born in Buffalo, Ms. Golubski values close family relationships and credits her support system as motivation for her achievements. Looking ahead, she aims to elevate herself within Insurance Club of Buffalo and the NY Young Insurance Professionals, while obtaining additional designations, one being Registered Professional Liability Underwriter certification. Ms. Golubski also seeks to expand her professional knowledge, increase her volunteer activities, spend more time with family, travel more and continue creating artwork.
