In this capacity, he is responsible for business development and acts as a trusted advisor to directors, vice presidents and C-suite executives. His expertise has evolved over the years with a particular focus on artificial intelligence for nearly a decade. At Kyndryl, he leverages his deep knowledge of emerging technologies to help clients navigate complex transformations and remain competitive in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Mr. Vasicek was a senior director at Salesforce from 2022 to 2023, where he was part of an exclusive team of 21 professionals within the company's global workforce. Positioned as a senior executive, he managed some of Salesforce's largest customers. The team's unique mandate was to serve as advisory executive consultants for these major clients, focusing on activities such as addressing technical debt and guiding significant transformation initiatives. Mr. Vasicek's work identified new business opportunities for Salesforce while helping clients overcome substantial operational challenges.

From 2011 to 2022, Mr. Vasicek built an impressive tenure at Accenture, beginning as an analyst and earning five promotions during his time with the company. In his later years at Accenture, he concentrated on business development and cultivating executive relationships with C-suite leaders. One of his most notable professional achievements during this period was supporting a vice president through their transition to Chief Information Security Officer; a partnership that developed into a lasting friendship and exemplified his dedication to client success and recognition.

Between 2011 and 2014, Mr. Vasicek volunteered as the business strategy and development manager at Shelterhouse, a women's and children's domestic abuse shelter. Working closely with the board of directors and executive director, he conducted research and developed a comprehensive business plan that led to the creation of an award-winning retail store. This boutique-style resale shop not only generated vital revenue but also provided special access for Shelterhouse employees to assist women and children in need at no cost. The store has been consistently recognized as one of Michigan's best resale establishments due to its unique atmosphere and community impact.

Earlier in his career, from 2007 to 2011, Mr. Vasicek served as operational lead at Wolverine Bank of Michigan during its transition to public ownership and subsequent acquisition. He traveled across multiple branches implementing process improvements and technology upgrades focused on streamlining operations based on customer needs, particularly in deposit services. This experience introduced him to consulting work and set the stage for his future roles in larger organizations.

Mr. Vasicek is deeply engaged with several industry-related organizations, including Distributed Education Clubs of America (DECA), the Southwest Michigan Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). His involvement with DECA spans two decades as a volunteer, judge, donor and board member for Michigan Collegiate DECA, where he actively coaches students in business simulations and competitions.

His academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in business management from Northwood University in Midland, earned in 2013, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from the same institution in 2011. Mr. Vasicek is committed to lifelong learning through numerous certifications that keep him current with industry trends, holding credentials from Google, IBM, Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon, Kellogg School of Management, among others. He encourages mentees to pursue at least one certification annually or biennially to maintain relevance in their fields.

His achievements have been recognized through honors such as the Distinguished Consultant Award along with awards at statewide and international DECA competitions. Throughout his career, Mr. Vasicek has credited great mentors for shaping his approach to leadership and relationship-building—advice that continues to influence his professional philosophy today.

Civically minded, Mr. Vasicek has served on boards of multiple theatres, as well as Michigan Collegiate DECA. He contributed as a committee member for the Midland Downtown Business Association from 2007 to 2013 and Midland Young Professionals from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, he has sponsored World Vision initiatives globally since 2011, supporting children's education projects abroad, and remains active in local community efforts.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Vasicek enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and child. He is passionate about staying at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements, ensuring that both clients and students are prepared for technological changes ahead rather than being limited by routine tasks or outdated practices.
