Before joining Vanguard, Mr. Salunkhe advanced through key analytics roles that refined both his technical mastery and leadership ethos. At Toyota Motor North America (2019–2022), he enabled senior executives to build strategies and react swiftly to consumer behavior and competitive insights across multiple vehicle and product lines. He also architected automated data systems for the Toyota Rental Car and Lexus Loaner Car programs, enhancing operational efficiency and providing real-time visibility into national fleet performance. Earlier, at The Richards Group, one of the nation's leading independent advertising agencies, he helped global brands — including Keurig Dr Pepper and Mitel — optimize their digital footprint through behavioral analytics and marketing intelligence, bridging creative vision with analytical discipline.

Mr. Salunkhe holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, where he was honored as a Scholar of High Distinction, Lars Magnus Ericsson Fellow, and recipient of the Dean's Excellence Scholarship. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. His credentials also include multiple industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Adobe Certified Expert (Analytics Developer), Google Analytics Certification, and SAS Statistical Business Analyst — underscoring both technical depth and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Equally passionate about service, Mr. Salunkhe has served as a Diversity Ambassador at UT Dallas and as an Officer for the Lions Club, where he continues to mentor students and support community initiatives across North Texas. Over the past eight years, he has remained an active contributor to the Lions Club network and other non-profits across the Dallas–Fort Worth region, championing youth leadership, inclusion, and educational equity.
