In her mid-career, Ms. Gaillard completed a long tenure at Winebow, beginning in 2010 as district manager, a position she held until 2015 before advancing to territory manager from 2015 to 2017. During these years, Ms. Gaillard oversaw regional sales operations, mentored teams and implemented effective sales strategies that drove consistent revenue growth.

Earlier, from 2009 to 2010, Ms. Gaillard served as Midwest sales manager for Europvin USA and as president of International Expertise LLC. At the latter organization, she provided consulting services focused on international business development and cross-cultural communication within the beverage sector. She began her career as a portfolio manager at AHD Vintners from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Gaillard's expertise is further distinguished by her academic achievements.
