Ms. Arntt's most notable professional achievement is the creation of the Northeast Colorado-Share, Talk, Interact, Remember (NECO-STIR) a professional network in 2024, which united providers and agencies across a broad region to enhance community service delivery.
Additionally, since 2021, Ms. Arntt has served as a life coach with Growing Our Mindset, LLC, where she supports clients in personal development and growth. From 2021 to 2024, she was a substance abuse counselor at North Range Behavioral Health, applying her expertise to assist individuals in overcoming addiction challenges. Her earlier tenure at North Range Behavioral Health included roles as a case manager and behavioral health worker III from 2019 to 2021, and as a behavioral health worker II from 2015 to 2019, where she provided direct care and case management services to clients with complex needs.
Ms. Arntt also contributed as a case manager for the Single Entry Point program at Northeastern Colorado Association of Local Governments in Fort Morgan during 2018 to 2019, coordinating access to essential services for vulnerable populations. She worked as a family advocate at Washington County Connections in Akron from 2017 to 2018, supporting families through advocacy and resource navigation. As a mental health professional, she worked at Centennial Mental Health's Journey Point Respite from 2016 to 2017, delivering respite care and therapeutic support.
Her career began in education and corrections, where she served as a special education paraprofessional with Brush School District in 2013 and Morgan County School District in 2015. Before that, she served as a correctional officer for the State of Colorado from 2008 to 2013 and as a disciplinary officer at High Plains Correctional Facility from 2006 to 2008. Each role contributed to her comprehensive understanding of human behaviors, mental health and client advocacy.
Ms. Arntt's academic foundation includes earning a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Liberty University in 2015. This degree provided her with critical insights into human behavior and mental health, directly informing her approach to counseling and leadership within behavioral health organizations. Nurse's aide training through Morgan Community College providing understanding and compassionate care through the human life span.
Her professional credentials further underscore her expertise. She is recognized as a certified addictions specialist by the State of Colorado (2021-2025) and holds certification as an acupuncture detoxification specialist through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association, Inc. She is also a certified sound healer at the expert level through Life Changing Energy, having completed Usui-Tibetan Reiki Ryoho Reiki Level I and II training with Juniper Moon Healing Arts. Similarly, she received training in crisis response in Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention through International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. These certifications have enabled Ms. Arntt to offer holistic care approaches and crisis intervention strategies within her practice.
Ms. Arntt attributes her success to determination and an unwavering desire for self-improvement while uplifting others. Her lifelong motivation stems from an innate calling to help people, which continues to drive her professional growth and dedication.
Beyond her primary roles, Ms. Arntt has been civically engaged with organizations such as the NECO-CISM, a Critical Incident Stress Management Team, with the 10-33 Foundation since 2024. She was a key team member in getting the first 10-33 Foundation team started in Colorado reflecting her commitment to supporting first responders and community members during critical incidents. In recognition of her impact on improving access to behavioral health, she received the Behavioral Health Administrators Community Champion Award in 2025.
In her personal life, Ms. Arntt is the mother of Sierra, Alexandria and grandma to Evangeline. She enjoys walking her dog, baking sourdough bread, and learning to crochet. She looks forward to exploring nature in various areas around Colorado and when she travels across the country. Looking ahead, she aspires to become a trainer by developing curriculum for teaching AcuDetoxAuriculotherapy, a modality designed for trauma resiliency and stress reduction, and exploring additional training opportunities in verbal de-escalation and interpersonal communication.
