DEARBORN, MI, November 07, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Elizabeth Oghenereke Omavuezi, owner and chief executive officer of Omega Staffing Solutions Inc., was selected by Marquis Who's Who for a prominent feature in the Michigan regional edition of Vogue magazine.

With a professional journey spanning from her home country of Nigeria to the United Kingdom, Dublin, Ireland, and the United States, Ms. Omavuezi has built an esteemed career in health care over nearly 20 years. After being certified and gaining experience as an independent caregiver working part-time while studying to obtain a master's degree in management and international business in the United Kingdom, Ms. Omavuezi was so passionate and compassionate toward humanity that she dedicated her Sundays and volunteered with the Catholic Reverend sisters to feed the underserved while studying to obtain a postgraduate English and Irish law degree in Dublin.

Ms. Omavuezi launched her own company, Omega Staffing Solutions Inc., in 2017. Through this organization, Ms. Omavuezi helps individuals with physical and mental disabilities to get paired with experienced, high-quality caregivers. She oversees all managers and provides training to ensure that Omega's staff of 85 employees operates with consistency and efficiency according to the standards of state requirements, policies and guidelines.

Driven by a passion for aiding others, Ms. Omavuezi contributes to her wider community in addition to her primary vocation. She has offered volunteer training for the American Red Cross, the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority, the Catholic Reverend Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Sisters of the Holy Family. Ms. Omavuezi supports and donates to many charities related to cancer research, the Special Olympics and supporting victims of domestic violence.

Ms. Omavuezi credits her success to her upbringing in Nigeria. From a young age, she was taught that she had "warrior DNA" and should never give up. She is grateful for her parents' encouragement and for the early opportunity she was given to work in the office of her father, a chartered accountant, who established and operated his own accounting firm. There, Ms. Omavuezi learned the importance of continued education and giving back to society. Her early career included more than five years as a senior officer with the Nigerian Court of Appeal, headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria.

Beyond her professional life, Ms. Omavuezi is a devoted mother to two children, with whom she loves spending time when not working. Looking toward the future, she seeks to make a difference by earning new certifications and expanding Omega Staffing Solutions Inc. Ms. Omavuezi hopes to raise awareness of mental health issues, especially in underprivileged countries. She also hopes to purchase family units and provide affordable housing to some of the families she works with, as well as shelters that can operate as lodging for women and children survivors of domestic abuse.

Ms. Omavuezi is a servant leader who believes that she is in a position to demonstrate the possibilities that accompany impossibility. At a very young age, she recognized that she had great compassion for people. She describes herself as a "lay minister" with no credentials, elected to serve humanity.

EDUCATION HIGHLIGHTS
Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. Omavuezi sought a strong academic foundation overseas. She first sought education at Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in Nigeria, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and affairs in 2001. Subsequently, Ms. Omavuezi earned a Master of Arts in international business and management from Solent University in the United Kingdom in 2009. She went on to complete a postgraduate degree in qualifying Irish and English law at Griffith College in Ireland, graduating with honors in 2014.
