From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Gonzalez held the position of associate supply chain manager at Upfield. Ms. Gonzalez began her storied career with a three-year tenure at Unilever Food Solutions in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, which culminated in her role as associate planning manager from 2017 to 2018. Overseeing production scheduling and resource allocation for the Food Solutions Planning team, she ensured that all manufacturing targets were met while maintaining a portfolio of $80 million in annual sales value.

As the planning capabilities lead at Unilever from 2016 to 2017, Ms. Gonzalez managed inventory projections and stock drivers while also redesigning master data tools to enhance the planning team's operations. Her leadership contributed to the successful implementation of new technologies that improved both data accuracy and decision-making capabilities within the supply chain function.

Throughout her career, Ms. Gonzalez has been recognized for her academic excellence and commitment to continuous professional development.
