Mr. Gibson has established a distinguished career in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at McKesson Corporation since 2020. His expertise in the field is underscored by his 30 years of professional experience, during which he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.

Before his current position, Mr. Gibson was the Regional Director of Sales for Mayo Clinic Laboratories in the Southeast from 2017 to 2020. Before that, he served as Senior Regional Director of Sales at Alkermes in the Southeast from 2014 to 2017. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident during his tenure as Owner and CEO of Gibson Wilson Publishing LLC, a leadership development consulting and book publishing company. Earlier in his career, he was the Commercial Business Director at AstraZeneca in the Greater Atlanta Area from 2010 to 2013, and the Regional Manager at Pfizer Inc., covering the Midwest and Florida from 2003 to 2010.

Mr. Gibson's career began with roles at Pfizer Inc.: Director of Management Development and District Sales Manager in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1998 to 2003. He also worked as a Regional Training and Development Specialist in the Midwest Region in 1998, and as a Sales Representative in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Memphis, Tennessee, from 1995 to 1998. His early professional journey included a role as a system engineer at Apple in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1991 to 1993.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Gibson has an impressive military background, having served as an Infantry and Airborne Officer and as a U.S. Army Ranger from 1993 to 1995. His military service is marked by his pride in being a United States Army Ranger and graduating at the top of his class, which he considers one of his most significant accomplishments. Unfortunately, Mr. Gibson ended early due to an injury and was medically honorably discharged.

Mr. Gibson's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned in 1993. Currently, he is completing his Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Walden University. Further enhancing his leadership capabilities, he completed Executive Leadership Education in Governance of Non-Profits for excellence at Harvard Business School.

His civic involvement is extensive, including serving as Sire Archon of his Epsilon Upsilon Member Boule of Sigma Pi Phi. He's also a life-time member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., the National Society of Pershing Rifles, Chaires Masonic Lodge 259 P.H.A., and the AEAONMS Shriners. He has also served as Director on the Florida A&M University Foundation and served as Chairman of the Board for 4 years.

Mr. Gibson attributes much of his success to his father, who was a significant influence in his life and encouraged him to always follow his inner voice and be the best he could be in everything he endeavored. He also credits his achievements to his personal drive and life mission to give more money, more knowledge, and more love where they are needed, dedicating himself to making a difference in the lives of others and humanity at large.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Gibson enjoys spending time with his family, including his three daughters, Iman, Zhara, and Nadya; his nephews, Marvell, Markell, and Anthony Jr., whom he helped raise, and his grandson, Anthony Jemal. Mr. Gibson aims to become a C-suite officer in the healthcare sector. His award-winning book, "Drugs My Curse My Savior," has been adapted into a movie and television series.
