Prior to this position, Mr. Cross expanded his technical repertoire as a data van operator with Evolution Well Services in 2020. During this period, he was responsible for overseeing data acquisition and management, supporting real-time decision-making and ensuring the accuracy of operational data. His role required a keen attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytics, further reinforcing his expertise in leveraging technology to optimize field operations.

From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Cross contributed as a consultant with Chesapeake Energy. In this role, he provided strategic guidance on completion operations, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and implemented best practices to improve efficiency and safety. His leadership and technical acumen were instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

Between 2010 and 2014, Mr. Cross held the position of field coordinator I at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where he was responsible for coordinating field activities, managing logistics and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. His ability to anticipate operational needs and address challenges proactively contributed to the smooth execution of complex projects.

In 2010, Mr. Cross served as a service supervisor with FracTech Limited. In this position, he managed service crews, supervised equipment operation and maintained rigorous safety standards. His leadership ensured that projects were completed on schedule and in accordance with industry regulations.

Mr. Cross began his career as a service supervisor with Schlumberger from 2004 to 2009. In this foundational role, he gained hands-on experience in completion operations, developed technical proficiency and established a reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Mr. Cross's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in telecommunications management from DeVry University, which he completed in 2003. His education provided a strong foundation in technology and management, skills that have been integral to his success in the oil and gas industry. He has further enhanced his qualifications with a lean six sigma white belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute and a data science business analysis certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. Becoming proficient in utilizing databases such as Snowflake and analytics programs like Powered By has enabled him to integrate process improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making into his professional practice. He takes pride in managing a demanding workload while remaining informed about technological advancements in his field.

A fourth-generation member of an oil field family, Mr. Cross was introduced to the industry at an early age. His decision to pursue a career in completion operations was influenced by his family's legacy and his academic training in technology.
