Her consultancy work was informed by her deep understanding of operational excellence and business development, honed during her tenure Working in the Spa industry at the luxury level in hospitality and then moving into various roles working with major luxury skincare brands such as la Prairie, ESPA, and Natura Bisse. In these various global roles, Ms. Prager oversaw the implementation of operational strategies and standards across multiple markets, ensuring brand consistency and service quality.

From 2015 to 2019, Ms. Prager held the position of executive director of spas and day spas at The Spa at The Estate Yountville. She was instrumental in elevating the guest experience and optimizing operational performance, drawing on her prior experience as director of spa and wellness at Ritz Carlton's Silver Rain Spa in Grand Cayman from 2006 to 2008. During her time at The Estate Yountville, Ms. Prager focused on integrating wellness programs and enhancing service offer solidifying her reputation as a leader in spa management.

Ms. Prager's career also included significant leadership roles at ESPA International, where she served as the vice president of operations from 2009 to 2016, following her tenure as the vice president of business development for the organization between 2008 and 2016. Her earlier experience as the director of spa and fitness at The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton from 2006 to 2008 and as the regional director of spas for Morgans Hotel Group between 2004 and 2006 provided her with a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and spa operations.

Among other notable roles, Ms. Prager held leadership positions atWilliams Island Spa and the Biltmore Hotel. Her entrepreneurial spirit was evident in her role as the owner and operations manager of Intercontinental Fitness, where she was responsible for all aspects of business management and client relations, dating back to 1997.

Aside from her full-time endeavors, Ms. Prager was elected to the ISPA board of directors. She regards this achievement as the pinnacle of her professional journey, reflecting both industry recognition and appreciation for her years of dedication.

Ms. Prager's academic background includes an associate degree in hotel and catering management from Blackpool Courtfield College. She has been an active member of several industry organizations, currently including the International Spa Association. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Prager is dedicated to civic engagement and mentorship. She serves as an ambassador for the Global Wellness Mentorship Program and was a chairperson for the American Cancer Society in Miami FL, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community and supporting wellness initiatives.
