CAPE CORAL, FL, November 12, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marty Wisher has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Wisher has established a distinguished career as the chief executive officer and artist at Swan Studios Inc., a role she has held since 1994. Over the past three decades, she has become recognized for her expertise in mural painting, earning acclaim for her ability to transform both residential and commercial spaces. Her responsibilities include meeting directly with clients, conceptualizing artistic visions, redecorating homes and businesses and coordinating teams of subcontractors to bring projects to fruition.
Demonstrating her enduring dedication to her craft, Ms. Wisher's most notable achievement lies in the creation of several large-scale murals that adorn the exteriors of commercial buildings throughout her city and county. These public works have become local landmarks, visible to all who pass by and serving as lasting testaments to her artistic legacy.
In addition to her work with murals, Ms. Wisher has expanded Swan Studios Inc. beyond traditional wall coverings. After acquiring Paper Dolls Wallpaper Shop in Cape Coral, Florida, she reimagined the business to embrace a broader artistic vision, incorporating murals, faux finishing and, more recently, photography and videography services. Her passion for painting dates back to her childhood and was further nurtured during her teenage years, when she competed successfully in art competitions at both the state and national levels in Louisiana.
Ms. Wisher's creative pursuits extend into film and literature. She produced and directed the science fiction film "Light," which has been available on Amazon for many years. Her contributions to this project were also featured in an interview on World TV beginning in 2012. She is currently developing a new short film based on her own writing, with plans to produce it in the near future. Additionally, she collaborated with her husband to illustrate a children's book about kindness titled "A Bee Named Birdie" and released a coloring book called "Be All You Can Bee," which features her original illustrations and emphasizes themes of kindness, humility and gratitude.
Expanding the scope of her artistic endeavors, Ms. Wisher's portfolio also includes specialized projects such as furniture faux finishing, which she has practiced since 2012, along with notable artistic accomplishments, including the creation of the characters for logo use at several businesses.
Earlier in her career, from 2008 to 2013, Ms. Wisher owned Starlight Productions, where she refined her skills as both a performer and producer. Her background in performance includes appearances in films with credits listed on IMDb, as well as extensive experience on stage across many years. While she has shifted focus away from performing, it remains an occasional pursuit, especially as new creative projects arise.
Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Ms. Wisher served as director of materials management at Gulf Coast Hospital from 1991 to 1996. She began her career in health care administration as a purchasing buyer within a hospital corporation before advancing into management roles. The demanding nature of this environment prompted her decision to pursue self-employment after the birth of her first child, a choice that allowed her greater flexibility while continuing to develop professionally.
Ms. Wisher's professional achievements are complemented by industry recognition and affiliations. She is a support of Best Buddies and PACE, organizations dedicated to community engagement and personal development. She holds the distinction of being the vice president of Women of Distinction and was honored as Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.
Reflecting on her career, Ms. Wisher credits her faith and the unwavering support of her family as the foundation of her success. She believes that encouragement from loved ones played a pivotal role in nurturing her artistic talents from an early age. Emphasizing the importance of authenticity, she advises aspiring artists to remain true to their creative vision and trust in their own path. Ms. Wisher also advocates for stronger support of the arts in education, noting that art programs are too often among the first to face budget cuts.
Born in Cocoa Beach, Ms. Wisher continues to set ambitious goals for herself both personally and professionally. She plans to produce another film project based on her own writing and is exploring ideas for an additional children's book. On the photography front, she is preparing for an assignment in Korea for a geography book published specifically for children and anticipates further opportunities that will allow her to combine travel with artistic expression.
