Before her current position, Ms. Wallace was the adoption and training manager at Planview from 2021 to 2024. In this capacity, she focused on change management and transformation topics, frequently speaking at conferences and leading sessions at sales conferences. Her expertise in these areas was further honed during her tenure as program manager for digital transformation at PatientPoint® from 2020 to 2021. Previously, she served as director of customer success at PatientPoint® from 2019 to 2020, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences.
Ms. Wallace's career journey also includes her role as team manager for associate directors in practice strategy and health system innovation at PatientPoint® from 2018 to 2019. She began her association with PatientPoint® as an associate director of practice strategy from 2017 to 2018 and as an installation coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Her earlier professional experiences include serving as operations manager, business transformation leader, social media manager, and interior designer in Cincinnati from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, she held the position of assistant store manager for operations and visual merchandising at Restoration Hardware in Kenwood from 2007 to 2012.
Ms. Wallace's foundational career experience began with Starbucks, where she was a store and training leader from 2002 to 2009. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional talent management and organizational development skills. She is a Project Management Institute, Inc. member, which underscores her commitment to continuous professional growth.
Ms. Wallace's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Advertising from Flagler College in 2005. Born in Wilmington, DE Ms. Wallace enjoys a vibrant personal life filled with creative pursuits such as DIY projects, construction work, pottery and acrylic and mural painting. She cherishes spending time with her family and friends. As a mother of two children—a son who is an architecture student at DAAP at the University of Cincinnati and a daughter who loves sports—she balances her professional ambitions with family life.
Looking ahead, Ms. Wallace aspires to become a chief operating officer due to her passion for operations and desire to impact a business significantly.
