Before his current position, Mr. Gregori served as Executive Director of Website and Apps at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions from 2010 to 2017. In this role, he led digital strategy and product development for web-based platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and supporting business objectives through technology-driven solutions.

From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Gregori was National Director of Strategy and Implementation at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions. He was responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that improved operational processes and supported organizational growth.

Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Gregori served as General Manager of Operations for the Metro Region at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions. He oversaw regional operations, managed teams and ensured the delivery of high-quality educational services.

Mr. Gregori began his tenure at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions in 1998, holding multiple director-level roles in marketing and academics until 2005. His varied responsibilities provided him with practical business training across several functions, allowing him to develop a broad skill set that would later inform his leadership approach.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Gregori has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 1995, reflecting his long standing connection to the creative arts.

Mr. Gregori's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Stony Brook University in New York, earned in 1995. His education in theater has played a pivotal role in shaping his career trajectory; he draws clear connections between theater and business, particularly in understanding collaborators' intentions, perspectives and coordination within teams. This foundation has informed his leadership style, team management practices and strategic planning capabilities throughout his career.

He authored two books: one novel that secured an agent but was not published, and a business book scheduled for release in April 2026 through Torchflame Books. Additionally, he authored "Transforming Business Operations With AI" for AI Journal in 2025 and has contributed regularly to the journal since then.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Gregori enjoys writing, sculpting, hiking, paddleboarding and traveling. He aims to support new businesses and leaders navigating change by sharing insights gained from working with hundreds of clients across diverse industries.
