Before joining Pentera, Mr. Retzkin served as head of product and presales at Cybonet in Haifa, Israel, in 2018, where he managed product strategy and client engagement initiatives. From 2016 to 2018, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Professional Services at Cronus Cyber Technologies in Haifa, Israel, leading teams that delivered advanced cybersecurity solutions.

His earlier roles include Project Management Officer at ServIT in Israel from 2013 to 2016, where he directed project implementation and product management activities. As Implementation and Training Division Manager at SolBox Digital Solutions from 2012 to 2013, Mr. Retzkin oversaw technology deployments and training programs. He also served as SharePoint Division Manager at Pionet Group in Haifa, Israel, from 2010 to 2012, managing enterprise projects.

From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Retzkin was a Microsoft-certified trainer, a SharePoint project and training manager at Mediatech Hitech, where he developed training curricula and led technical teams. His career began as an information technology and quality assurance manager at P.R.E. Pozitive from 2005 to 2007.

Throughout his career, Mr. Retzkin has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, a field in which he is recognized for his depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence. He is an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), reflecting his dedication to professional development and industry standards.

Mr. Retzkin's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Haifa in Israel, earned in 2012 and focused on Information Systems and Marketing. This broad-based education provided a strong foundation for his multifaceted career in technology leadership and cybersecurity.

He has also pursued numerous professional certifications, enhancing his capabilities. These include a certificate in Channel Management from The Channel Institute in 2022; Technical Project Management from Cybrary in 2018; and Microsoft Certified Professional status from Microsoft in 2006.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Retzkin is the author of "Hands-On Deep Web Analysis," published by Packt Publishing in 2018. This work underscores his commitment to advancing knowledge within the cybersecurity community.
