Ms. Marshall has three years of professional managing experience as the co-owner of Amazing Snow. Her daily responsibilities include supplying restaurant equipment for cold use, extensive prospecting, working the phones, managing sales, and overseeing employees and general operations. Prior to starting Amazing Snow, Ms. Marshall owned a psychology practice for 21 years. She attributes her success to her tenacity and the passion for her profession. Ms. Marshall became involved in her profession because she wanted a complete change in her career.

In addition to industry-related training, Ms. Marshall received her Master's Degree in Child Psychology from Johns Hopkins University in 1976. She is a member of the American Association of University Women California and the Restaurant Association of Maryland. In five years, Ms. Marshall hopes to do modular interior designing of establishments.
