He competed as a professional snowboarder for 18 years, a career that brought him to Colorado and laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial pursuits. During his downtime from snowboarding, he founded JR's Landscaping to remain active and apply his skills in a new context. His early business ventures included purchasing and operating a restaurant in Boulder and opening a skateboard and snowboard shop, both influenced by mentors such as Ray Day and the vibrancy of Jamaican culture.

Throughout his career, Mr. Iannaccone has prioritized creating open, supportive environments where individuals can pursue their goals. Since age 20, he has been recognized in interviews and magazine features for his dedication to helping others learn, succeed and create.
