Since February 2025, he has served as the structured settlement consultant at Webster Settlement Solutions LLC, a company he co-owns with his wife, who founded the business. After retiring from federal service, he joined her as a partner, collaborating with personal injury attorneys and their clients, defense attorneys, defense brokers, insurance adjusters, real estate professionals and other financial industry partners to develop tailored structured settlement solutions. His responsibilities include analyzing client needs to promote financial stability and long-term security, managing settlement plans from intake to contract and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the process. Mr. Webster's expertise is particularly valuable in case management during injury settlements, where he assists clients—especially minors—in structuring funds for future needs such as education or independent living. He provides attorneys with precise contract language to guarantee accuracy and security for clients, ensuring timely filings and compliance with deadlines while working closely with attorneys, brokers and life companies.

Before his current role, Mr. Webster built an extensive record of military service spanning 37 years in the United States Army and Army National Guard. He served in the enlisted ranks and as a commissioned officer from 1987 to 2024 when he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. His recent career highlights include service as deputy chief of staff for intelligence (G2) from 2021 to 2024 at Joint Force Headquarters Florida National Guard, where he oversaw intelligence operations, multiple information security programs and supported senior decision-makers during operational planning and disaster response. Between 2018 and 2022, he simultaneously served as senior intelligence officer and planner (J2) and for Special Operations Detachment Central, contributing to strategic intelligence initiatives.

From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Webster held the position of J2-intelligence officer for domestic operations at Joint Force Headquarters for the Florida National Guard. His tenure as joint director (J2) of intelligence and security at Joint Force Headquarters from 2013 to 2021 was particularly notable; he became the longest-serving senior intelligence officer in the Florida National Guard and was appointed to a newly created senior intelligence official position. In this capacity, Mr. Webster advised the adjutant general and staff on critical matters during significant events in Florida—including natural disasters, deployments, major training events, and civil unrest—demonstrating exceptional leadership aside from periods of deployment.

Earlier roles included serving as S2-brigade intelligence officer for the 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team from 2012 to 2016; foreign disclosure representative for United States Africa Command as a federal contractor from 2011 to 2013; commander of a military intelligence company from 2008 to 2012; squadron intelligence officer from 2010 to 2011; seaport security inspector for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement from 2005 to 2011; infantry battalion intelligence officer from 2002 to 2008; and intelligence fusion cell analyst/officer in charge at Joint Force Headquarters from 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Webster's early professional experience includes five years as a case manager at Hill & Ponton P.A., where he worked on disability cases from initial filing through hearings and appeals between 1995 and 2001. This role provided him with valuable insight into the challenges faced by clients recovering from serious injuries. This perspective continues to inform his work in structured settlements to this day.

Throughout his career, Mr. Webster has been dedicated to helping applicants for benefits by supporting individuals navigating the complexities of disability claims, particularly those overwhelmed by interactions with federal agencies, such as the Social Security Administration and the Veterans Administration. He remains committed to finding effective ways to collaborate with others who share his mission of assisting injured persons obtain the benefits for which they qualify. Mr. Webster is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional development within his field and helping others achieve their goals.

Mr. Webster's academic background includes a Master of Arts in intelligence studies with a focus on intelligence collection from American Military University in Charles Town, West Virginia, earned in 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Florida Metropolitan University in Orlando, which he completed in 2007. These degrees have provided him with both analytical acumen and managerial expertise essential for his leadership roles.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Webster has pursued advanced training through several certifications: advanced operations course at United States Army Command and General Staff College completed in 2024; a graduate certificate in security leadership from Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency awarded in 2024; and a graduate certificate in intelligence analysis from American Military University earned in 2021.

Born in Baton Rouge, Mr. Webster enjoys practicing Taekwondo, discovering golf and learning guitar outside of his professional pursuits.
