Under his leadership, Syncrux focuses on developing advanced automation solutions, including a platform called Optix- a browser-based Agentic AI that enables users to perform digital tasks through automation without API requirements. Optix is capable of interpreting commands in plain English and executing tasks across multiple languages such Spanish, French, Italian, German and more. Prior to co-founding Syncrux, Mr. Naqi was a technical lead at another AI Startup — a software development firm that specializes in autonomous sourcing — from 2022 to 2023. The youngest individual ever hired for this position at the company, he acted as a liaison between engineering teams and clients, gathering requirements and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. His responsibilities also included translating customer needs into effective technical solutions, which further honed his leadership and communication skills.

In 2022, Mr. Naqi worked in the financial technology sector as an axiom developer at Wells Fargo, where his primary focus centered on regulatory reporting. Creating detailed reports for the Federal Reserve that outlined the bank's assets and liabilities, he acquired valuable insights into compliance and large-scale data management within the banking industry.

From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Naqi served as a software engineer at Bank of America. This role marked his entry into corporate America, where he contributed to software development and risk management projects that supported the bank's technical performance and stability. During this time, he further developed his design expertise and gained a greater understanding of the complexities of working within major financial institutions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Naqi excelled as a python instructor at New Jersey City University from 2018 to 2019. He taught programming concepts to students, building on his earlier experience as a mathematics tutor at Hudson County Community College from 2016 to 2018. During his time as a tutor and instructor, he supported students in college algebra, basic mathematics and python programming, often conducting independent sessions before or after their scheduled classes. He began his teaching journey as a supplemental instructor at just 19 years old, during which he demonstrated his early aptitude for both leadership and education.

Mr. Naqi's professional path also includes a tenure in retail management. He was a retail sales lead at Express from 2015 to 2017 after starting as a sales associate, gaining vital early experience in customer service and team management that shaped his leadership approach at Syncrux.

Much of Mr. Naqi's technical acumen stems from his equally impressive academic background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2019, following an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Hudson County Community College in 2016. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning in the ever-evolving technological realm.

Throughout his career, Mr. Naqi has demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset and a preference for independent thinking. Though he was encouraged by his family to serve in corporate roles after graduating from college, he has consistently sought opportunities to lead and innovate, which culminated in his current entrepreneurial role. He is particularly proud of his work in developing chat assistance tools and evolving them into agentic platforms capable of automating business processes for diverse clients.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Naqi attributes his success to working at his own pace and employing strategic thinking. He considers himself a thought leader who develops strategies independently before seeking validation from his team, whose perspectives often align with his vision for Syncrux.

In his personal life, Mr. Naqi maintains an active lifestyle by going to the gym and meeting with his co-founders — who are also his college friends — for dinner and collaboration outside of work. He also maintains close relationships with his family.

Looking towards the future, Mr. Naqi envisions Syncrux becoming a recognized leader in the United States technology sector and a global authority in agentic artificial intelligence platforms.
