Before joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Case was the managing partner and chief financial officer consultant at Benchmark Associates Inc. in Denver, Colorado, from 2019 to 2020. In this role, he provided high-level financial consulting services to clients, leveraging his extensive background in corporate finance and operational strategy. He successfully formulated and executed an acquisition roll up strategy for a compounding pharmaceutical company, successfully closing 5 acquisitions in one year.

From 2003 to 2019, Mr. Case served as President and Chief Financial Officer at Hospital Couriers Corporation in Centennial, Colorado. Over a 15-year tenure, he transformed the company from a small local operation serving only the Denver metropolitan area into a reputable nationwide medical courier service. Under his leadership, Hospital Couriers expanded its reach to major cities, including Kansas City, Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Louisiana, California, Nevada, and Florida. The company managed transportation logistics for prominent hospital networks such as HCA Healthcare and Kaiser Permanente, University Hospital Networks, and reference labs, efficiently transferring laboratory samples, body parts, pharmaceuticals and bulk supplies between multiple facilities within metropolitan areas. Mr. Case's stewardship not only elevated the company's profile but also delivered significant cost savings to hospital clients—amounting to millions of dollars annually—while supporting health care staff with exceptional service. In 2018, he facilitated the sale of Hospital Couriers to a private equity firm and continued with the organization until April 2019.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Case served as an internal auditor at MacLean-Fogg Company in Mundelein, Illinois, from 2002 to 2003. He was responsible for evaluating internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. From 2001 to 2002, he was the controller at Maclean-Fogg GMBH in Liederbach am Taunus, Hessen, Germany, where he managed financial operations for the company's German division. He was responsible for standing up a Greenfield facility, initially as a distributor from the company sister company producing suspension components for the European version of the Ford Focus. He transitioned the company into a full production facility in Germany.

Mr. Case's academic credentials have been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. He earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the same institution in 2001. These degrees provided him with a robust foundation in financial management and strategic analysis that has underpinned his success across various leadership roles.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Case holds several certifications that have enhanced his expertise in both aviation and federal acquisition regulations. He has been recognized as a private aircraft pilot (student) by the Federal Aviation Administration since 2020. He has completed advanced federal acquisition regulation certification through Federal Publications Seminars in 2019, as well as defense federal acquisition regulation certification and federal acquisition regulation certification from the same institution that year. Furthermore, he obtained a certification in earned value management from TEN SIX in 2019.

Mr. Case attributes his achievements to the foundational values instilled by his father — truthfulness, honesty, and ethical conduct — and to his faith in Jesus Christ. Born in Lake Forest, Mr. Case enjoys an active lifestyle that includes working out regularly, running 4.5 miles four to five times each week, as well as skiing, biking and hiking. He is dedicated to his family, including his spouse, Shara, and their children, Joshua and Aidan.
