Prior to founding IRelate AI Consultant LLC, Ms. Brown-Daniels owned and operated Roots to Blossom Preschool after concluding her military career. As both owner and preschool teacher, she gained firsthand experience in early childhood education and small business management. Ms. Brown-Daniels' professional foundation was built during her distinguished tenure in the United States Army, where she served from 2002 to 2024. Rising to the position of chief paralegal non-commissioned officer, she demonstrated exemplary leadership and mentorship throughout her service. Her responsibilities included guiding soldiers through complex legal matters and providing invaluable support as a mentor, a role she considers her most significant achievement. The impact of her mentorship continues to resonate, as former colleagues frequently seek her advice and guidance. Her military assignments included serving as a paralegal in Baghdad, Iraq, from 2007 to 2008 and in Korea from 2011 to 2013. In recognition of her dedication and contributions during her deployment in Iraq, she received the Meritorious Achievement Medal from the United States Army.
Ms. Brown-Daniels' academic background has been instrumental in shaping her multifaceted career. She earned a Master of Arts in operations management and supervision from American Military University in 2022, which provided advanced knowledge applicable to both military operations and business leadership. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in business management at Post University in 2018, equipping her with essential skills for managing organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. Additionally, she holds an Associate of Arts in general studies from Central Texas College, awarded in 2016.
