Before his work in the roofing industry, Mr. Brown contributed significantly to Waffle House, Inc. as a Division Manager. In this position, he managed 12 locations, led teams and implemented operational best practices.

Mr. Brown's career also encompasses substantial leadership in faith-based organizations. From 2012 to 2018, he was Senior Pastor and Church Planter at The Landing Church Seattle, where he provided spiritual guidance, led community outreach initiatives and managed church operations. He previously served as Senior Pastor at Elliott Baptist Church from 2010 to 2012, fostering community engagement and organizational development.

His professional journey began in retail management as Tire and Lube Express Manager at Walmart from 1997 to 2002, followed by a role as Operations Manager at Lumber One LLC from 2005 to 2007. These early experiences provided a foundation in operational oversight and team leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brown has taken particular pride in the success of the leaders he has mentored. He believes that a leader's actual impact is reflected in the achievements of those they have guided, and he points to numerous individuals who credit their professional growth to his mentorship as the pinnacle of his leadership journey.

Mr. Brown's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He also pursued coursework toward a Master of Divinity, further deepening his understanding of leadership within faith-based contexts. His commitment to professional development is evident in his certifications. He is a Maxwell DISC Method Certified Behavior Analysis Consultant and a Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Coach through Maxwell Leadership. Additionally, he completed the Integrator Masterclass with EOS Worldwide in 2025 and holds an OSHA 30-hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, earned in 2022.

His drive to develop leadership skills stems from a lack of mentorship during his formative years, which inspired him to become a source of guidance for others. Mr. Brown's entry into his profession was fueled by a genuine passion for helping individuals grow into effective leaders rather than mere managers. The founding of LULO Coaching was a strategic decision to expand his impact beyond a single organization, leveraging his extensive experience across retail, logistics, hospitality and pastoral leadership. With his wife as co-owner, they rapidly grew the business, establishing a waitlist for clients and onboarding new coaching engagements at a swift pace.

Born in Minden, LA, Mr. Brown values family life and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Mr. Brown's wife, who holds a degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas, previously served as Director of Service at his former roofing company before dedicating time to raising their children.
