SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 25, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Eric Hampton Waldron has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in America. As with all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals are chosen based on their current reference value. Factors such as professional position, notable accomplishments, industry visibility, and overall prominence are taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Waldron currently oversees global real estate and workplace operations at 6sense Insights, Inc., a role he has excelled in since 2022. In this capacity, he manages the company's worldwide real estate portfolio and workplace strategy, with a focus on location planning, co-working solutions, and innovative office design. Beyond his core responsibilities, he is recognized for his creativity, inclusive leadership, and steadfast dedication to philanthropy.

Among Mr. Waldron's proudest achievements is the creation of Friday Giving, a program that empowers 6sense employees to nominate charitable organizations for weekly donations. What began as a grassroots response to the pandemic—sending masks to hospitals and delivering fruit to frontline health care staff—has since grown into a global philanthropic initiative with over $500,000 in charitable impact. Each Friday, Mr. Waldron selects a cause from the team's submissions and personally donates on behalf of the company, reinforcing its values and cultivating a culture of giving. The program remains a source of deep fulfillment and connection for him.

Before stepping into his current role, Mr. Waldron served as Team Lead, Global Office Management. In this position, he oversaw workplace operations across multiple countries, ensuring employees around the world had access to engaging, supportive environments. He successfully managed a $2.4 million global budget, contributing to both operational excellence and long-term cost efficiency.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Waldron served as Office Manager at 6sense. Navigating the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a key role in streamlining remote operations and launching company-wide wellness and inclusion programs that meaningfully improved employee morale. His proactive, people-centered approach quickly led to expanded responsibilities and career growth.

Prior to entering the tech sector, Mr. Waldron built a distinguished career in the hospitality industry. From 2015 to 2019, he served as a concierge at Four Seasons Hotels Limited, delivering exceptional service at San Francisco's only five-star property. During this time, he earned the rare distinction of being the only concierge in the city to receive a perfect Forbes Travel Guide score of 100—an honor recognizing his meticulous attention to detail and deep commitment to creating remarkable guest experiences.

Mr. Waldron began his professional journey as a flight attendant with United Airlines, a role he held from 1999 to 2013. His time in aviation instilled in him a deep foundation in customer care, adaptability, and crisis management. He received numerous letters of praise from travelers for his empathy and service—early signs of the thoughtful, anticipatory approach that would come to define his career.

He studied psychology at The University of Utah, an academic foundation that continues to inform his understanding of human behavior and enrich his work in people-focused environments. Reflecting on his career path, Mr. Waldron attributes much of his success to a lifelong habit of thinking ahead and striving to meet others' needs before they're ever voiced.

He also credits key members of the executive leadership team as pivotal mentors in his professional growth. Through their guidance, Mr. Waldron evolved from someone with limited executive exposure into a trusted partner who now collaborates closely with senior leadership. Their mentorship helped shape his voice as a communicator and strategist while inspiring his continued personal development. Mr. Waldron's broader career pivot—from airlines to hospitality to tech—was driven by his desire to grow and stay marketable in the evolving Bay Area landscape. His flexibility, grit, and openness to change have been core to his trajectory.

Outside of work, Mr. Waldron is deeply engaged in civic life. Since 2013, he has participated annually in the AIDS/LifeCycle, a seven-day, 545-mile cycling journey from San Francisco to Los Angeles with Team Mary, raising over $50,000 in support of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. His professional and philanthropic efforts have earned him numerous honors, including the Love Award, Fun Award, and Advancing Our Culture Award from 6sense, as well as formal recognition from the AIDS Foundation.

In his personal life, Mr. Waldron treasures the enduring relationships he shares with what he affectionately calls his "logical family"—as opposed to his biological one—a term popularized by author Armistead Maupin, who wrote, "Sooner or later, we all end up with our own kind of family." He holds his brother, Cy Waldron, in the highest regard as both a role model and a source of strength. His closest friend, Jeanne Grove, a partner at Nixon Peabody, has been a constant presence in his life since they became roommates shortly before September 11, 2001. Alongside Jeanne, Cy, and three beloved friends—Scott, Hank, and AJ—Mr. Waldron has built a chosen family rooted in trust, laughter, and loyalty.

Looking ahead, he hopes to purchase his first home, expand the real estate portfolio at 6sense, and continue shaping the future of work through thoughtful, human-centered design. He also dreams of transforming Friday Giving into a global philanthropic movement—one that connects companies, communities, and causes across industries—furthering his lifelong commitment to generosity, purpose, and creating spaces where people can truly thrive.
