Ms. Lynn then served as a program developer and project manager in the project management office before becoming a senior supply chain analyst for tolling.

Ms. Lynn also contributed to higher education as an adjunct instructor at Daymar College in Owensboro, Kentucky, from 2011 to 2013, teaching part-time while sharing her industry knowledge with students. Here, she stepped into the realm of Emotional Intelligence harnessing practical concepts to lead students through personal and professional development. Earlier, she gained experience as a high school admissions representative on campus between 2010 and 2011, guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Beyond her essential work at Constellium, Ms. Lynn is the owner and founder of Hallelujah Ridge Designs, which she established in 2010. Her architectural and home design business specializes in residential home design, custom floor plans, and interior and exterior design. There, Ms. Lynn manages all business operations and creative projects.

Ms. Lynn's academic background has been foundational to her professional achievements. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in 2010. She later earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2014, providing her with strategic management skills that have been integral to her leadership roles. At Yellow Creek Baptist Church, Ms. Lynn contributed through choir and drama presentations, event organization, fundraising efforts, and teaching youth and children's church classes.
