Among other influential roles during her tenure in the field, Ms. Raghunathan worked for Dow as a senior LIMS, chromatography data system subject matter expert and scrum master, Tesla as a scrum master and data analyst, and QC LNG as a LIMS administrator. Her career began several years prior as a junior LIMS administrator at Intertek Egypt - Caleb Brett in Sydney, New South Wales, in 2012.

Ms. Raghunathan's leadership in integrating mixed and augmented reality into research systems has been particularly impactful, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when laboratory access was restricted. By leveraging augmented reality, she enabled individual researchers to conduct and verify experiments remotely, eliminating the need for multiple personnel in the same lab to verify data. This innovative approach not only addressed immediate challenges but also set a new standard for remote scientific collaboration. Ms. Raghunathan's work in this area has been recognized through publication, underscoring her commitment to advancing the field.

Highly educated, Ms. Raghunathan earned a Bachelor of Laws and Science from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, in 2009, a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Auckland in January 2012, a Master of Science in materials science from the University of Auckland in December 2012, and a Master of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University in 2022. Her advanced business education has equipped her with strategic leadership skills essential for managing large-scale projects and teams within global organizations. Additionally, Ms. Raghunathan is a scrum master certified by the International Scrum Institute.

Ms. Raghunathan's professional affiliations include membership in the American Chemical Society and the Association for Women in Science.
